Hourly Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr starting. Growth opportunity, with scale DOE and performance

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9-5pm, approximately 30-40 hours per week. Seasonally March to November per calendar year, with some winter work opportunities. No weekend work.

Paid seasonal holidays during the season.

Overtime pay: x1.5 hours after 40 hours

Job Description:

Maintain landscape projects to contract specifications. Responsible for annual garden maintenance with regular clients.
Assist in designing functional landscapes for a growing business that puts clients’ needs first.
Assist with maintenance of equipment.

Job Requirements:

At least five (5) years Experience. Familiarity with local plants a must. You will be quizzed during the 'walk through'.
Reliable transportation, work truck or equivalent a must. Mileage reimbursed after commute time.
Must have clean driving record.
Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
Must be able climb & work on 24' ladder.
Familiarity with garden maintenance equipment a must
Familiarity with heavy equipment a plus.
No Mowing!
